Reporting to the CEO and with direct exposure to the shareholders, the CFO will be responsible for the AFC, M&A, Legal and IT areas.
As Business Partner to the CEO and the shareholders, he/she will be responsible for the implementation of strong financial processes, controls and reporting.
He/she will play a pivotal role in the growth phase, organic and through acquisitions, actively managing profitability and cash generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing companies with international operations
- Very “hands-on” approach, experienced in setting up robust control systems and processes in relatively unstructured organizations
- Meaningful experience in managing the typical capital structure of private equity LBOs
- Rigorous thinking, fact-based and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong leadership, team work and team management skills
- Solid project management skills
- Strong drive, positive attitude and relentless orientation to results
- Outstanding communication skills and fluency in Italian and English
