He/she will support the Group CEO in the definition and implementation of the Group’s strategic plan and drive the Group’s inorganic growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for growth, including acquisitions, partnerships and JVs
- Lead end-to-end M&A activities, deal sourcing, valuation, negotiation and PMM and integration
- Support the Group CEO, CFO and the rest of the leadership team in the definition of the Group’s strategy
Experience and qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or other quantitative subjects
- Advanced quantitative/modeling experience and outstanding analytical rigor
- Fluency in English
- Tier-1 management consulting or investment banking experience, preferably with exposure to multiple industries
- Corporate experience, better if gained in international contexts and covering similar leadership roles
- Post graduate degrees (PhD or MBA) from a leading institution is a strong plus
- PE experience is a strong plus
