Reporting to the CEO and with direct exposure to the shareholders, the CFO will oversee all aspects of Controlling, Finance, Administration, Treasury, Tax and M&A.
He/she will be responsible for professionalizing the AFC function (in terms of processes, systems and organization) and will be a Business Partner for the CEO and the shareholders.
He/she will play a pivotal role in the growth phase, organic and through acquisitions, actively managing profitability and cash generation.
He/she will motivate the financial team, fostering a culture of high performance, and promoting the collaborators’ growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing companies with international operations
- Very “hands-on” approach, experienced in setting up robust control systems and processes in relatively unstructured organizations
- Meaningful experience in managing the typical capital structure of private equity LBOs
- Rigorous thinking, fact-based and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent leadership, team work and team management skills
- Solid project management skills
- Strong drive, positive attitude and relentless orientation to impact
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Italian and English
