The Group CFO will be responsible for Controlling, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Tax and M&A. He/she will be responsible for setting up the Finance function, developing and implementing financial strategies and policies, in a fast-paced and challenging transformation context.
Reporting to the Group CEO and with direct exposure to the shareholders, the CFO will be a key member of the leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the consolidation and growth trajectory of the Group.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing companies with international operations
- Very “hands-on” approach, experienced in setting up robust control systems and processes in relatively unstructured organizations
- Meaningful experience in managing the typical capital structure of private equity LBOs
- Ability to act as 360° business partner to the CEO and the rest of the leadership team, in planning and executing transformative plans, also through acquisitions
- Rigorous thinking, fact-based and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent leadership, team work and team management skills
- Solid project management skills
- Strong drive, positive attitude and relentless orientation to impact
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
