Who, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for:
- Driving business growth within the assigned geographical area;
- Developing and executing Sales plan in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as per Corporate strategy, while increasing profitability;
- Measuring Customer’s satisfaction seeking feedback and conducting periodic Market Research;
- Identifying product market opportunities that match Customer needs;
- Analyzing competitors’ activities and current versus potential positions in the marketplace.
Experience, qualifications and knowledge:
- Successful proven experience in a similar role (at least 8 years), preferably in the Food industry;
- Bachelor/Master Degree;
- Good working knowledge of Excel and CRM knowledge;
- German native speaker or fluent proficiency;
- Proficiency in English;
- Extensive traveling throughout DACH.

We search for candidates who reside in Italy willing to travel to DACH frequently.
