FEEDBACK

Every executive search project (like any organisational measure) cannot ignore a careful understanding of the context, both current and prospective. This is why all our projects begin with active feedback, aimed at deepening our knowledge and understanding of each client, their business challenges, organisational structure, culture and values.

This phase is preparatory not only for projects entrusted to us by new clients but also for those pertaining to clients we have been working with for some time. Because any complex organisation is a fluid and changing entity, as much as the business context in which it operates. Listening attentively and empathetically – which very often becomes a discussion on the decisions to be adopted, when not actual management consultancy – is one of our distinguishing features, as well as one of the elements that allows us to identify, attract and bring on board the best candidates.

PROFILE DEFINITION

This phase takes place in close contact with the client, bringing together the results of the consultation and feedback phase of the company. Together, we focus on the skills, experience and aptitudes of the ideal candidate, until we frame the main elements of the offer.

We work in a tailor-made manner, taking into account each specificity of the project and context. We do this while keeping our independence of judgement intact, in the sole interest of our clients, even at the cost of saying no, if this is functional to the success of the project.
We make available to each client our wealth of experience in the world of business and executive search, a perspective that is both transversal and profound at the same time, which continues to be enriched project after project and which is fundamental to defining the characteristics of the profile and the elements of the offer. In this phase, we work hand in hand with our clients to define (and “tailor”) the selection criteria, a fundamental activity to correctly guide the search.

SEARCH

We use all Executive Search channels to find the best candidates. We draw on our proprietary database and our extensive network of relationships, but above all else we actively search for the most suitable profiles, working in partnership with company management, constantly discussing the progress of each project.

Our forty years of knowledge of our areas and its players allows us to thoroughly assess the value of candidates’ experiences, motivations for change, up to the evaluation of potential and cultural and value “fit”.

SELECTION

People are our raw material. Respect, responsibility and empathy are the values that guide our every step, with clients in the selection process and with candidates in identifying the most suitable professional opportunities for them.

We always offer candidates we contact feedback on the outcome of the selection process, because everyone deserves our utmost attention. We provide assistance to clients and candidates throughout the selection process and continue to support them in the negotiation phase and in the first months of placement, to the extent and in the manner agreed. We take our stakeholders to the goal, and stay with them even after the finishing line.
